If your order does not arrive safely, please email us at juvenexhealth@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to make it right. For orders lost or stolen in transit, we offer store credit or a replacement of the item after a customary waiting period to ensure your package was not temporarily misdelivered. No refunds will be processed for orders that have confirmed delivery via carrier tracking.

Our refund policy will not apply to any product purchased from an unauthorized seller.
